USAG24-Betrug

Since yesterday, when the press released the news about Michael Olaf Schuett’s arrest, my website was contacted from some english speaking readers, which are wondering, who is Michael Olaf Schuett and what is behind his arrest.

Well, Michael Schuett was once arrested and behind jail in 2005/2006 in Germany. He was finally convicted for fraud, with his company Royal Capital Management Inc (formed in Florida), he offered finance services. Many people contacted Michael Schuett, he promised him that there are Venture Capital Companies in the US, which are able to finance German Businesses.

However, to receive those funds from the Venture Capital Companies, the persons had to form a company in the United States. He charged them thousands of dollars for this service. Those clients received then fake documents from fake banks (e.g. The Bank of Naples), wrote on a German DIN A4 Format in German Business format. Also the Articles of Incorporations where faked, he never registered those companies. Everything came out, when the fake banks and venture capital companies were cancelling their credit promises .

At www.gomopa.net many discussions where made, there was a huge thread about Michael Schuett and the Royal Capital Management Inc.  Michael Schuett was finally convicted from a german court in Berlin, he stayed in jail for couple months.

After he was released, he started a new company, US AG 24 Inc.  After People found out, that the same guy is doing the same thing under a new name, Michael Schuett resigned officially as a director and put some trustee directors in this new “company”.

This company is just registered at a mail drop address, all addresses in Bradenton and Tampa are mail drop addresses.

For 1-2 years, Michael Schuett was hiding behind his trustee directors, which is for example Mr. Peter Harris and Mr. Michael Schmidt. We are not sure, who Peter Harris is, if he ever exists, rumors says, that he is a lawyer in Spain.

Michael Schmidt himself was a director for USAG24 Inc, he was also the frontman for all the numerous press releases that they have published, just to push themself for Search Engine Optimization on google.

Meanwhile, Mr. Michael Schmidt resigned as a director and Michael Schuett place himself again as a director. He was very sucessfully selling his incorporation services and improved his business. If you searched on www.google.de , you could see that many pages where taken out and blocked by google. Those pages were telling about Michael Schuett’s fraud methods, however, for some reason, Michael Schuett had made google to block those articles.

With his new “company” US AG 24 Inc, he did most of the work correct, however, the methods he used, was not really legal. For example, if you were interested to form the company ABC Corporation, you contacted Mr. Schuett that you were interested in forming this company and Mr. Schuett registered this company without any permission of that potential client. He also used the name of that potential client and registered them as a director, without their permission. That person was now obligated to get this company from USAG24 Inc, if he wanted to keep his company name.  The method itself is not really illegal, but to register persons without their permissions into the company registries, is a violation.

Then, there were others, that paid for their services and did not receive anything. No company, no bank account and so on. The Theme bank account was also a big issue, he opened the bank accounts for clients and after few weeks, all accounts where closed, for example with “CNL Bank”.  After that,  new bank accounts where not opened, since there were no more banks, that wanted to work with Schuett.

About his wife, poor Jennifer Sherman, i am sure, she didnt have a clue about all this, Michael Schuett probably used her to get a legal resident card in order to stay and live in the United States. Schuett claimed, that he had a L-Visa, however, we are not sure, if this is true. An L Visa is a working visa that you can obtain if you open a company in the US. I think, he had a regular B Visa, which is a simple tourist visa in order to stay for 6 months.

However, if he did have any sort of Visa, it was not legal. If you apply for a visa, you have to tell the consulate, that you were not convicted before from a court, that he did not have any criminal records. Michael Schuett did have a criminal record in Germany, so the US Consulate in Berlin or Frankfurt would never issue him a working visa or tourist visa, if they knew about his criminal record, which was for fraud reasons.

Now the question is, is Michael Schuett the master mind behind this whole money laundering system, or is he just a small dumb person, that offered the peope behind all this his services and received some percentages of commision. But even if he is ot the master mind behind this system, he did a felony and laundered money.

Anyways, we are very happy about, that Michael Schuett is finally arrested now by the US Authorities. I hope, they will find out all about his other fraud activities that he did with USAG24.
